I have a strong and deep interest in Culinary Arts. Many of the people that have eaten my food “say that I have a natural talent” to create some of the finest food… they have ever eaten!

I attended “The International School of Culinary Arts” in Aviano, Italy. At this European School… I earned two “Master Chef Certificates”

  1. In Pastry
  2. In Soups & Sauces

Back in the States… I also earned and received a B.S. Degree in Nutrition… from Penn State.

I’m pleased to offer some useful kitchen appliances and will be adding a link to my latest cookbook in the near future.
